Classic old-school Arizona place that serves everything from chicken livers and eggs Benedict to châteaubriand and lamb chops with mint jelly. Gooey-sweet “sticky buns” serve as El Chorro’s free bread, ensuring you’ll waddle back to your car. Wood-burning hearths inside and out make for romantic environs, as do the touches of copper here and there. No wonder Clark Gable and Uncle Miltie hung out here back in the day. And the thing is, it’s still cool after all these years.
